Has ripped me off for services paid for. I posted up a request for some modifications to be done to my vB and he agreed to have them done promptly. After a month of me asking for updates on progress, I finally decided to ask for my money back. At this point he refuses and says I must go through some Canandian bank refund process, which is a complete joke because I paid him through PayPay. Unfortunately PayPal transactions can only be disputed for 45 days after they are made, I was a couple days late on finding that out.

So this is a warning for anyone that is contacted by him...

2. Before we began work, I had you specify and confirm what you wanted. When I delivered, you changed the entire description. I changed the code but then you wanted another change. I cannot afford to keep my business afloat if you are going to change on the fly.
3. We are a wholly-owned Canadian company, registered and appropriately licenced in the City of Calgary and the Province of Alberta. We are working on getting a more permanent office location and getting that office licenced by the City of Calgary. We do not hide under international borders and we honour all of the laws of Canada, Alberta and the city of Calgary.
4. I use my real name due to the fact that I am a honest businessman.

Addition: I will not issue a refund due to the fact that you already have 2 versions of what you specified. You already have the code, enjoy.

Nothing honest about you, you delivered nothing.

YOU delivered NO services and have kept the money you were paid.

Since when do the laws of Canada say you can rip people off?

I did deliver a service, Ryan. I have sent you a copy of what you have request on a burned CD via Purolator as well as a copy via e-mail and IM.

I am not a thief. I did not steal anything. I am only keeping the restitution for the work I have done for you. I have also had you confirm exactly what you said you wanted twice.

The laws of Canada do not say anything about ripping people off.

You didn't make a change to anything.

The only day you ever logged into my forum was the day I asked you for the service. You never logged in after that. I know you couldn't change anything because administrative rights were taken from you before you could.

In your .zip file, you got an installer which should have made the appropriate changes for you.

If you need a .tar.gz version, I can provide that for you.

How could you send me anything if you don't have my mailing address?

I never received anything I requested through any source of communication by you.
