I wish I could change it now my users are complaining :|

ok here is the way I did it, goto your phrase manager and add a phrase, the one I added was : email_from_send

then i went through /includes/class_mail.php
and searched for
$vbulletin->options['bbtitle']
and replaced with,
$vbphrase['email_from_send']

I just tested and it works good.
