Smooth blue . were can i download it?

i dont want the top section or the bottom footer just the forum bit if u get me ? probaly not lol

It's a custom skin for vBulletin.org i belive.

I don't think you can have it.

For me the header and footer is what sets this style apart from the crowd. Everything else regarding the style is prity much basic (not to be taken as a degrading remark) because I really like the whole style.
