Default How do I do this? need help to make a few change in my forum
Hello everybody,
I would like to know how to make a welcome box in the main forum page?
and need to know how to create "Similar Threads" in my forum? Is that default? if yes I guess it's only show when there's a related topic.

One little thing... In this forum there's something call Legend under "What's Going On?"

I would like to add this to my forum. any suggestion?
