How do I set forums order...

How do I set different forums order to users?
I add field that contanin the order of the forums that the user wants, separate with ' , ' and with 'explode' function in php i conveting it to array
so now i have the order of the user, where is the order of the forums before they are going to printed?
I think its somewhere in 'functions_forumlist.php' in 'includes'.
