Photoplog Help

I asked my host about the forum path and its all set .. now when i go to usergroup option and Adminstrator.. and then When I set the options to YES for photoplog or even if i change any other option for Admin usergroup .. it's givin me this error
then I get this error on next page.. in Admin Panel:

so what do i actually do in NAVBAR... can anyone tell me what codes to put in that template.. pleasse thanxx..
