Talk about overwhelming!. I am looking for a Banner ad system that is flexable in the sense I can add banners to the top of my forum and at the bottom. If that Ad system is capable of creating a "Block" of adds that would be good also.

With all the banner ad hacks here, who and what is the best to date. your opinion?.
