We are migrating our VBulletin forum from one host to another one and
we have found that we can not acces the admin panel (always returned to the login screen)

Please Help Me...

You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive. The update of your account may take up to one hour.

I'm not German. I'm a Turkish. I want try VB Bulletin (min. 1 - 2 days). I paid licence price later. Do you understand me? I need great forum script.

You need to have a valid license to run vBulletin, even if you only want to 'try' it.

You can test the AdminCP at the link provided by calorie.
