Can someone please help me install a Who's chatting mod on my VB for flash chat? I have tried and I can not seem to get it to work?

I have 3.5.4 VB and I tried to install Integration of Flashchat and vBulletin 3.6, not sure if it was really the correct next step along the way? I now have a working chat room, I would just like to have a mod in order to have my chatters visable to the other members. Not sure how this is done or how to complete the templates? I have taken a few stabs at it, but to know avail. I am definetly out of my league here?

Okay, after 15 minutes of scratching my head I finally tracked down the problem.

You had commented out the call to the forumhome_start hook in your index.php.

Working now.
