Restoring the admincp

Some of you may have read my post earlier today about how my site got "defaced". When I first noticed it, my admincp was still intact. I guess I jumped the gun a little bit and deleted all my files in my root directory and attempted to completely reinstall vB. After all my files were uploaded again and my custom styles re-imported I logged back into my admincp and all the functionality is there however ALL images are gone replaced with that dreaded red "x". I uploaded again what I thought might fix the issue, the admincp folder and my images folder however this did not work and all images are still missing. I'm going out of my mind!! Anyone have any idea how to fix this??

How much board info is at risk to lose? ie. post,images etc.

Not a ton. I've only had it up about a week which I guess is the bright side. But the board is completely back up and functioning again. It's only the images within the admincp that seem to have disappeared.

hmm. let me look at my directory structure

what subfolders do you have in the folder cpstyles?

You just hit the nail on the head. My cpstyles folder was gone. I guess somehow it didn't get uploaded with the rest of my files. I just uploaded the entire cpstyle folder and the admincp looks normal again. Good Call!!

Also just wanted to say thanks to everyone on this board. This is a great community. As I said I've only had my board up about a week and have run into a few issues but everyone here has been right on top of it.
