running 3.6 with the 1.5.8 version of vbplaza. i'm not sure if my lottery system even works.

i turned the daily lottery off, and am only using the weekly lottery, have been doing that for 4 weeks now i think, and there were more then 2 sign ups every week. but when i go to lottery winners nobody is recorded there. do i have to give payouts or is something wrong?
