Can someone explain this in a little further detail, please?

Nevermind. I found the information on the vbulletin.com forums thanks to their staff.

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> ? ? -> Postbit Templates -> postbit or postbit_legacy (depending on which layout you are using)

Using the postbit_legacy template for example, add the green code:
