Php template - Adsense Tracker

There is a good adsense tracker over at http://www.adlogger.org
Which iam trying to get it to run on my forums. In my threads i have
(postbit) template the adsense code, but i was informed that php code doesnt work inside templates?

The program, when installed on ur server will allow you to paste adsense code into it and it will add some php code wraped around it.
This is to track every click, and also only allow the ad to show to the same user 2 times (24hour period) and this is can be changed via the admincp.

Though how could i get this to work with vbulletin?
I really need the part where it only displayed to the user, but will disable it if they have clicked more than once (i have a big problem with invalid clicks, and this would stop people trying to rip me off)

I think this would allso help many other people out.

If someone can help code one that will work, or get this one to work it would be great.
