what really does the term sticky mean?

Moved to General vBulletin Discussions.

When you "Stick" a thread, that means you leave it at the top of the forum. You usually make very important threads "Sticky", so everyone can see it.

I have been lisenced every since I got the board. I did as you asked can I continue now?
