Adsense Within first post

That actually doesn't seem to work, I've replaced the

 <!-- message -->

like you said to do with this:

<!-- message -->
		<if condition="$post['postcount'] AND $show['guest']">THIS IS FIRST POST</if>

but inside I put another ad script, not Google, so it appears on all posts, how can we make it appear only on the first post, also how do we make it on the side(like on the right side)?
