Thast is one very busy and distracting background that you have there.

I'd also be tempted to tone the red white and blue used down a bit, it is very harsh on the eyes.

Using blue for your background for quotes is not really the best color as it is very difficult to read the text being quoted.

You have a bit of a problem with line breaks in the navbar breadcrumb bits (the bits the show where you are eg
vBulletin.org Forum > Community Forums > Forum Commenting

and in the forums part of the moderators section on Forum Leaders.

Definately original though. It's not something that I have come across before.
