Adding new users without php

Hello All.
Wow second question in one day.

Im looking of a way to add a user to a vb forum without using php.
Im using MySQL directly from software that connects to an online database but I would also like to automatically register them on a forum too.
Is this possible as Ive been reading about encryption etc in the vb database.
