Display html only on forum index

(This is the same question I posted in the modifications forum by mistake before - very sorry.)

I have some text I want to display on my forum index page only, above the list of forums. So far it's wrapped in
<if condition="$foruminfo[forumid]==0"> ... </if>
-but it still appears on the usercp, search page, etc. What do I need to do to get it appearing only on the forum index page?
