Display html on forum index only

Hi,

I have an introductory message I want to display above the list of forums on just my forum index page. So far I have
<if condition="$foruminfo[forumid]==0">
wrapped round it. But it still pops up :bunny: on odd pages like user cpanel, etc. What should I put to have it appear only on that index page?
