Making the "Reputation" text a link

Hi,

Can somebody please tell me how I go about getting the reputation text in the post bit to become a clickable link? Or perhaps point me to a thread where this has been done?

So that users could "rep" someone by clicking on it

The below link is an example to a vbulletin forum which has managed to do this:-
