how to separate forums?

On vbulletin you see FORUM and MODS 2 different subjects, but how to do this on my forum?

I like to separate PARKOUR, with FREERUN .. the same way as vbulletin.org
Could you tell me?

and if users want to see everything on 1 board is this posible also?
