RSS Feed For New Posts

Ok, I know how the vB RSS feed shows the latest threads, but is it possible to set it for, or is there a mod for, showing the newest posts also? Something like how SMF does it. An example of an SMF feed is http://www.gmfclan.be/forums/index.p...ss;action=.xml
As you can see, it shows the latest topics and replies.
