Limit "Who's Online" to Registered Users

The above code looks like it will only show "What's Going On" to registered users. That's not what I am looking to do.

I am looking to alter exactly who appears on the "Who's Online" list both in the "What's Going On" footer, as well as the "Who's Online QuickLink here:

http://www.myforum.com/forums/online.php

Essentially, I want it to display only REGISTERED USERS, MODS, and ADMINS, and leave out any guests or unregistered people still waiting for authorization. Makes no sense to show them as online, when on my restricted forum they can't see or do anything until they are activated and approved. And since that may never happen, they may be rejected, I'd just as soon not publish their names as having been online so my users can ask about the "new name they just saw online."
