how do you allow multiple styles to share 1 template set??

We want to install 3 different styles on our forums but want them all to share the SAME templates/hacks.

Example:
(Style_01) - TEMPLATE SET 01
(Style_02) - TEMPLATE SET 01
(Style_03) - TEMPLATE SET 01

What is the best approach to doing this?
