Default X Posts before you can post hacks?
Is anybody else sick of clicking on a "new hack" only to see that it's a new user who is bumbling around in the dark and posting a question as a hack?

Why not put a post minimum that users have to meet before being able to post hacks. Something as small as 5 even would help.. It seems that each time this happens these people have less than 10 anyway.

Just a thought, but I think it would help keep the place cleaned up more.
