Is there a tutorial anywhere for doing this with 3.5.3? - Answered

I have two more questions.

What is the difference between Free, Numeric & Boolean (Data Validation Type)?
vBulletin Default (Will be replaced by upgrade scripts) - What is this exactly? Should it stay yes?
