sql backup using putty!

help help help

i cant work out how to download my forum to my pc!
its too large to use phpmyadmin unfortunatly

anyways, here is the code, but i cant work out what to put at the end, as it keep coming up with the error message

$ mysqldump --opt -Q -u USERNAME -p DBNAME > C:\Documents and Settings\Jamie Pryer\My Documents\SMCC\forum\backup

error

mysqldump: Got error: 1146: Table 'smcc_forumdb.and' doesn't exist when doing LOCK TABLES
