Football Prediction League

I'm wondering if anybody is interested in create a "Football Prediction League" mod. Here is what I would like it to do and how it would work if anybody is interested.

1: I would like it to use vb forum permissions. So you can choose a forum board were you want new football predictions to be posted only ( so you could limit them to one board or more based of forum permissions were they can be posted). And only members or staff who have "new thread posting rights" on the boards were you allow them can post new Football Predictions threads to be voted on (so if members only has the permission on that board to reply to threads and not create new ones) He can only place bets and not create new bets on that board).

This is so you can limit only staff to creating new football prediction, while still allowing members to bet on the outcome of predictions you create on a weekly or daily bases etc.

2: The bets (well predictions really) would work as "WIN, DRAW, LOSE" only. Were a player makes no money from bets or uses money to bet. Instead he just chooses WIN, LOSE, DRAW from the options in the prediction and gets points "1" point for a correct prediction and "0" if he gets it wrong. The option would also be good if you can add 10 games from a week in one go via just one thread to be betted on (multiple prediction or single predictions via one post).

3: You would have to be a separate "League Table" vb page (like a Members List type page), were members are listed as 1,2,3,4,5,6 and so on etc. Based on how many predictions they got right or wrong. So basicly you have a members fantasy football league table. You should also have the option on a new season to be able to empty the League Table database to start a new season from fresh again were everybody has no points and the table is empty until you post a new prediction that people vote on.

The league table should show something like "Rank, Name, Number of Predictions placed, Got Right, Got Wrong, Points they have.

In general:
I would like to keep the hack as simple and as straight forward as possible to not over-complicate things with too may options choose from. Which just uses a "members list" type foorball table, that lists them in order 1,2,3,4,5 etc. Based on how many points they have from correct predictions they have made over time. Were they get "1" point for a correct prediction and "0" if they get it wrong on matches that the staff or members with permissions on a forum board sets up to post weely or daily matches etc.

Were a member just chooses WIN, DRAW, LOSE as a result. Then members are automacly moved up and down the SOCCER TABLE based on how many points they have, with members with the most points listed at the top.

I am using vBulletin 3.0 here (vb 3.0.9) to be exact. So if anybody is interested I'm looking for this to be created for vB 3.0 series first, and then maybe ported over for vB 3.5 later or at the same time for both.
