new hacks releases need moderating before posting on homepage

its like every day now there is 1-5 new posts in the hacks release area...but they are nothing but questions and problems, not releases.

i think its a system that people are doing to get attention for unanswered quesitons and should be looked @ now by the staff.

maybe a group should be organized to moderate new releases before they hit the homepage as a link as a new hack release. or even a new post.
