Realy nice hack , I will appreciate if you make it depend more on Reputation Levels , Activity & ( v3Arcade Scores if possible )

with gives Admin more control to set download credit for each forum and I want to make sure is it delete the credit after downloading each attachment

sorry to bother but this will make the hack more useful & popular between the others coz it depend on ( Reputation , Activity , Scores ).
