Post calendar entry
Example of my request
New thread title: Bon Jovi Concert Message: Check out Bon Jovi at the Wacky Stadium on February 20, 2010 Hope everyone enjoys the fireworks afterwards. Calendar date: February 20 2010 8:00pm [end] A member reply to the thread Message: Thanks for that information. He will also be at the Cyber Stadium on March 1, 2010, but there's no firework display that night Calendar date: March 1 2010 7:30pm [end] So in this example, the first post will add the title "Bon Jovi Concert" entry to the February 20 slot with the user defined time. Another calendar entry with the same title (since it's from the same thread) will be added to the March 1 with the time 7:30pm on the calendar. Summary of upcoming calendar events will be handled by vbulletin. I did look at "Event Forums" but it doesn't look like it does this. The only thing that comes close is "Topic Calendar" but it's for phpbb and the second entry would not work for that mod since only the first poster can add it to the calendar. Sorry for the lengthy explanation. Is there something that will support this on vbulletin. TIA |
