split thread to subforum automatically

i searched but didnt find anything, if it does exist please let me know

i need something that will do the following...

member posts thread into forum
thread is automatically locked in that forum
thread is automatically recreated in a subforum of the forum
this thread is left unlocked for discussion

hope that makes sense
thanks for any info
