How do you edit the main table cells?

This is my first style that I have ever done for a forum.

I figured out just by looking through templates how to change the headers and footers I even moved the nav menu into the header I think I got it done now I am just having problems finding the right template files to edit next.

I need to to totaly change the ereas that make up the forum content table I want to make a deasign for these areas like on forumhome. I have been looking at styles created by extremepixels.com like this one (Click to view the style) I love how he lays out the table areas I want to do that just don't know what to edit after I creat the design.

If any one can tell me what templates to edit and alittle about them or link me to a tutorial on it I would be greatfull.
