post new thread question

On certain forums, i would like to customize the post new thread section. I've seen this done before on other vbulletin forums.

For instance, on one of my forums, I want to change "Title" to something else. and also add another box for them to have to fill out one more thing, where the result will end up automatically in the message.

I want to keep the rest of the forums the original way it already comes. no changes. just ONE of the forums i want to be a bit different. Does anyone know how to do this?

please keep in mind that im not a coder, and im a newb.. so any lamens details you can give me would be much appreciated. thank you!
