Only show something in welcome email, IF over 18?

Hi,

Just wondering if theres a way to show a message in the welcome email ONLY if someone has entered thneir birthday, and it makes them over 18?

Basically, we have a new dating site setup.. but I don't really want to encourage new users (especially those under 18) to visit it. Anyone over 18, can make the decision themselves.

For example;

Someone under 18;

----
Normal welcome email....
-----

..and for someone over 18;

----
Normal welcome email....

Also: Did you realise we have a dating site too? Visit xxxx to find out more.
