I've seen some really nice doctors who are really bad clinicians.

But they get away with it because they have a great relationship with their patients.

Yeah, House MD is a great show. He says and does things that doctors can't say in real life. Plus for doctors it's fun as you get to try to figure out what the disease is. I've guessed right twice so far.
