Access based on monthly post count

First of all I want to say thankyou for setting up such an amazing forum for the vb users. I just started to use it and so far i am really amazed to see the effort that many user have put into making mods and helping other members. thanks for everything :banana:

I did search the forum but i was unable to find anything, so here goes. I am looking for a mod where after a user signs up, they have to post a certain amount of posts per month. For example ==>

User Signs up --> based on ruels they have to make 100 posts per month --> they post 100 posts per month and they have access but if they dont post 100 post per month => an email is dispatched to the admin and a warning email is sent to the user.
