How to Copy Threads between different servers?

Hi..

Is it possible to import threads from one Forum to Another,
in the same server or different websites?

For example, my forum is at www.xxx123.com/vb1/

I want to regularly Copy Important Threads and add them at www.xxx456.com/vb1/

Or at least I want to do it in the same server, but different folder, such as www.xxx123.com/vb2/

Can somebody explain how to do it?
