Language Selection Menu ?!?

Hi,

I know this question has been asked (sorry) but I cannot find this thread anymore. I am not even sure if this was 3.5RC2 related.

Anyway, here it comes : I have two languages installed. Has someone already posted the modification to make the menu available for guests as well ?
