What I want to be able to do is to place a limit on the number of posts a user can make.

For instance lets say you have a Normal user and a Subscribed user:

The Normal User Daily Quota from Registering:
2 Posts
0 Thread
2 Searches
*

When the Normal User reaches 14 posts total (approx 7 days from reg)
A new Daily quota is created of:
3 Posts
1 Thread
3 Searches
*

When the Normal User reaches 83 posts total (approx 30 days from reg)
A new Daily quota is created of:
4 Posts
2 Thread
4 Searches
*

When the Normal User reaches 203 posts total (approx 60 days from reg)
A new Daily quota is created of:
5 Posts
3 Thread
5 Searches
*

When the Normal User reaches 503 posts total (approx 120 days from reg)
A new Daily quota is created of:
6 Posts
4 Thread
6 Searches
*

* (Using the Posts quota up triggers the user to be blocked from Posting Posts or Threads, The Searches quota would have to be triggered seperately)

The Subscriber gets the following limit that doesn't alter:
10 posts
5 Threads
15 Searches
** There might be more than one type of Subscriber with different set limits.

My reason for looking for something like this:
I thought that such a setup on a forum would stop Advertising Bots spamming from not being able to post more than 2 post over the first week of registeration.

I also noticed that currently there is alot of activity on site I use where the database is constantly being searched and altered, alot of the time by posts with no real content (people just love to post rubbish) So crippling the posting would sift out those that actually want to post content and those that just want to mess the forum up.

I would attempt to build a hack myself however I'm not 100% sure how to either store the quota, or ergonomically manipulate the script so it doesn't bog the database down. Any clues?
