Tag "Give Rep" with Username

Is there a way to tag each reputation comment with the username who gave the reputation automatically?

The purpose for this is that I have a TON of users who just like to go around giving bad rep points with no comments (I just added the require comment plugin), but want to be able to auto-tag the rep with the giver's username.
