Customer Feedback Queue
Background:
I have a customer feedback/Bug web pg that sends data to a mySQL DB. But I would prefer if all of the customer comments went into a vBulletin feedback queue that only my admins had access and visibility to. It would allow me to manage how well we respond to customer inquiries remotely, determine if inquires are being handled in a sequential order, and optimize bottle necks in the customer service dept. Admins will respond directly in the queue adding notes and responding back to the customer if necessary. If the customer replies back, it updates the queue automatically moving their comment to the top of the bucket (queue). The feedback pg. currently limits the amount of text entered. This concept is very similar to how the current vBulletin customer support system works now. Questions: 1. How do create a support vBulletin queue that accepts data from the feedback web pg? 2. How do I limit the customer response to 255 characters or 1024? Note: I would like to have separate queues for suggestions, comments, bugs, etc.... Thank you. |
