Make post reply look like vB2

I'm not sureif this can be done, and I'm also not sure if this is supposed to go here or vB.org

Is there a way to make the reply box look like vB2? I've attached a screenshot.

If not, how do you get it to look like it does here? This looks 150% better than my boards currently and I'd like to know how to fix it. I don't need the exact way, but I'd like to move my smilies and have the font, size, and color at the top such as the second screencap (attached for convenience of clicking post reply), currently is along with teh Guided/enhanced modes and the close current tag and well, you get the idea. It just looks a heck a lot cleaner.
