Need designer to do new graphics for my site.
Limited budget (what's new).

I would also entertain working with a skilled graphics person that can simply do all new graphics, since I am capable of all template work.

Highly hacked site. You get existing graphics and templates.

Must return completed templates, graphics and psd's.
