Weird html codes

Just a question, I have a few users emailed me regarding that sometimes they load up my forum with weird html codes under the bottom of the page, and they have to refresh a few times to get back to normal. And sometimes it works just fine. Just wondering what the issus is? Here my forum.

Any help would be great because I am a newbie, thanks
