Need help with buddy/pm/email/profile/etc buttons as text

For the posts of members........just like in this forum i dont want to use buttons but rather text like this forum has for buddy/pm/profile/www/quote/edit/etc buttons.......i just dont know what code to use or what to put in place in order for me to have text......im referring to the text at the bottom of each persons post like in this forum.............im not to great with html,etc so i need some help.......
