In taking a look at your code, there's a few suggestions:

1. You have a script that should be in the header and not in the body. Look for "". That's where it starts.

2. You have some missing table elements in your "logo and buttons" section. I cleaned it up and it's in the attachment. Just replace the section with what's attached.

3. Another table element is missing. Search for "View Active Threads</a><br>" and just after that insert "</td>"
