I am not particularly found of black themes as other people are already aware of, although yours does have some added color to it. Another big thing I am not for is rap based boards and the whole 420 thing. I am sorry, but both ways, they are both over done and drove into the ground deep enough already, imho.
Although yours is not on my black-list by far, Rap based websites/communities have a very bad knack for ripping other websites and taking what does not belong to them, so that is technically why I am so hard on those that run them.
Also, you seem to have a few broken images on the board (since I am a guest, not a member); something you may wish to look in to.
If you are looking for a designer though, I can help you out there, just give me shout and I will see what I can do for you as far as a design (be sure to include your budget as well, I try to work with them as long as they are not too low).
