Classifieds Site

I am thinking of opening another website. This one would be a buy and sell for my local area. Now that the area i live in has over 1 million residents with about 70% of them (according to some statistics i saw) I feel the need for a good personalized classified site that has forum function but is mostly classifieds. Can anybody recommend any classified engines (php based) that are vb based or non-vb based? If VB based what all would you suggest? If anyone currently runs a site like this that is VB based what is your URL so i may check it out? Thanks all.
