[Req] Point System Attachment Download

I don't believe this to be to hard, but ive started the project some time ago. Not sure if this has already been done before or not. But lately been to busy to complete or finish anything. Hopeing somone may help or make this mod for vb3.

Basicly the idea behind it is the downloads i offer on my site are growing, so in an effort to mask, hide, and limit. Ive thought about putting in place a point system based on threads made, replies posted, reputation points, refurrals, and Admin points given away etc. With these points members of the site can then use them to purchase their downloads. Helps keep forums active and growing. The more points users get the more they are able to download. Either A. subtract points to be able to rebuild or B. Set specific sections to a mimum to download all files for that section.

Example: like music files require a minimum of 200 points before they can download all the selected music. Software would require a 1000 points to access the downloads. etc.
